We ship all incense directly from Tibet, carefully packed to ensure the highest quality. The incense is then delivered to the Shenzhen port, from where it will be shipped door-to-door to the USA.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number within 1–3 days. Please note that this tracking number is from a pre-created label, so the tracking updates will begin once your package arrives in the U.S. and is handed over to USPS for domestic delivery.

As for the scent, I gotta say the purple one definitely feels deeper, almost like you can feel the energy flowing stronger when you light it. The green one’s more gentle and calming, also really lovely. Both are amazing, just different vibes. Super happy with this!
