We offer express shipping, with delivery in 5-7 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Burn the incense in a well-ventilated space. Start with small amounts and gradually increase as you feel comfortable. Avoid direct inhalation; keep a distance of 10-16 feet for the best experience.
